NEW YORK, USA - Waldman Diamonds Complete LLC, the New York-based high-end jewelry division of the Waldman Diamond Company (WDC) Group, has been invited to join the prestigious Plumb Club at this year's JCK Show that will be held in Las Vegas June 2-5.
"Naturally, we very much appreciate being invited into such a fine and prestigious group of manufacturers," said Kenny Friedman, president of Waldman Diamonds Complete LLC. "Our inclusion among their ranks is recognition of WDC's effort at becoming an important player in the U.S. jewelry market."
The Plumb Club Pavilion at the JCK Las Vegas show, which features only 45 of the United States' most important jewelry and watch manufacturers, is considered the event's most prestigious exhibition area. Here, buyers are able to visit companies in a spacious and elegant setting, where they can shop conveniently for high-quality jewelry.
"Being invited into the Plumb Club Pavilion is particularly satisfying," said Alex Waldman, the CEO of the WDC Group. "We see it as an affirmation of our business model, which is to create a fully integrated company that operates from mine to market. Today, our company operates as a rough diamond producer in Sierra Leone. We also are a diamond manufacturer, receiving allocations both through Rio Tinto and Aber Corporation from the Diavik mine in Canada, as well as from Diamdel. We also are polished dealers and exporters of loose polished goods, and, of course, a jewelry designer and manufacturer. In this way, we are able to guarantee the origin and quality of our products all the way to the jewelry buyer." |
